    The seller at the Official Store guarantees that the products sold on Tokopedia are 100% Original.
  • 7 Days Warranty
    Purchases of goods at the Official Store automatically use the shipping insurance service at no additional cost. Buyers can apply for returns (return of goods) and refunds (refunds) if these 3 things happen to the order; damaged, lost during shipping, does not match the description. For this warranty claim, the buyer is obliged to return the goods to the seller no later than 7 days from filing a complaint at the Resolution Center.

– Verify your personal data by uploading your ID card.
– Store Performance Score of at least 70.
– Minimum 3 orders completed in the last 30 days.
– Minimum net income of IDR 350,000 in the last 30 days.
– The shop is not currently in moderation.

What is Power Merchant?
Power Merchant is a Seller membership that offers a variety of exclusive features to help increase sales and customer trust.

In addition to getting special access to various exclusive features, stores can also get special offers and promos from Tokopedia that can help increase sales.

TOKOPEDIA REPUTATION

The Store Reputation System is a policy imposed by Tokopedia, where buyers can give an assessment to your store, and seller can also provide reviews on the buyer’s reputation. Buyers can make the reputation value that appears on the store page as one of the information on the level of service and quality of the product that you provide.

Store Reputation value addition system can be obtained by completing consecutive orders.

Store Reputation value reduction system (penalty) will be applied if the seller does not respond to new orders that come in for 2 days, the resolution team decides the seller is guilty of problems in the Resolution Center, invalid receipt numbers or selling products with unclear names and descriptions, the transaction violates the applicable Terms and Conditions.

Who can sell on Tokopedia?

From indvidual to company, everyone that registered as seller on Tokopedia can be a seller. Usually company will choose Official Store type to run their business, while individual can pay to be a Power Merchant.

How long does it take to process an order?

Processing time will depend on seller, but Tokopedia have an automatic cancellation rules if seller don't ship the goods before deadline. According to Tokopedia rules,if seller don't response to an order within 1 x 24 hours, the order will automatically cancelled. And if seller don't put tracking number within 2 x 24 hours after payment verification, the order will also automatically cancelled. But there are some cases when seller can extend time with buyer's permission.

What if the item received is not as described?

We suggest our buyer to ask in advance to avoid something like this. Ask as clear as you can before you decided to buy from a seller, because this will determine your winning of complain later. If seller ship wrong item, only half or incomplete, we can help you to place a complaint.
