Who can sell on Shopee Indonesia?

How long does it take to process an order?
Sellers are required to ship orders within the Packed period, (excluding weekends and holidays). The packaging period for the order can range from 2 to 30 days, depending on the product type. If Sellers do not comply with the delivery deadlines set for their products, order will automatically cancelled.
What if the item received is not as described?
We suggest our buyer to ask in advance to avoid something like this. Ask as clear as you can before you decided to buy from a seller, because this will determine your winning of complain later. If seller ship wrong item, only half or incomplete, we can help you to place a complaint.
