From indvidual to company, everyone that registered as seller on JD.ID can be a seller. Usually company will choose Official Store type to run their business, while individual can be a Local Seller.
How long does it take to process an order?
Processing time will depend on seller, usually 1-3 days. JD.ID will refund your money in full, if the item does not match the description or is of poor quality. JD.ID will refund your money in full, if the item is not delivered. JD.ID guarantee that the products they sell are 100% authentic.
What if the item received is not as described?
