- You can send us link of item, quantity and other details such as size, color (if any) to our email service@midman.id
- After we get your email, we will ask seller for stock and back to you with update
- If item is available, we will give you estimation of how much you need to pay
- If you’re deal with the total, we will send invoice to your email (for payment with Paypal) or give you our bank details for transfer
- After we receive your payment, we will order your item(s)
- We will send photo of item once we get it, so you can verify if it’s the right item you want, right size and color. But please note that we can’t responsible for item’s quality or authenticity. You can ask seller about this before decided to place the order
- When you buy from marketplace site, if seller doesn’t ship the goods, your order will automatically cancelled. If seller send a wrong item, size, color, etc, we have about 1-2 days before the order automatically completed, within this period, we can file a complaint to ask for a return or refund
- If everything is okay with the item, we will prepare for international shipping
- Once we get tracking number, we will inform you the number and site for tracking
