What is Bukalapak Super Seller?
Super Seller is a program from Bukalapak for sellers to maximize sales of their stalls. If seller manage to achieve a lapak performance score of ≥75, the Super Seller badge will appear on the lapak and will be prioritized to appear in Bukalapak’s search results.
BUKALAPAK REPUTATION
Each seller will automatically get a badge (emblem) according to the amount of positive feedback that comes from sales transactions. Positive feedback from purchase transactions will not be counted by the system in determining the level of a seller’s badge.
The higher the level/level of the emblem, the better the reputation of the seller in front of the buyer. To increase the level of the emblem, pelapak must collect positive feedback from sales transactions as much as possible. If a pelapak does not yet have a badge, they can only sell a maximum of 250 products in their stall, and for a seller with a BL User badge, they can sell up to 500 products.
Who can sell on Bukalapak?
From indvidual to company, everyone that registered as seller on Bukalapak can be a seller. Usually company will choose Buka Mall type to run their business.
How long does it take to process an order?
Processing time will depend on seller, usually 1-3 days. Bukalapak provides a 100% money back guarantee for every transaction made through the Bukalapak Payment System. Funds will be returned if the seller does not send the goods by the specified time limit.
What if the item received is not as described?
