Features for selected sellers to develop their business exclusively. There are 3 types of seller who can register as official store: brand owner, certified reseller and retailer.

There are 3 types of seller who can register as Blibli Regular Seller: company, individual or brand owner.
BLIBLI STORE BADGE
Store badge is store detail information that can be seen directly by potential buyers on your shop/product page on Blibli. Usually buyers use the Store Badge to assess the level of service of a store and the quality of the products sold by the store. Stores that have a Badge are more likely to get deals.
What factors affect the Badge?
There are several factors used to calculate the Store Badge, namely: Seller Rating, Total Orders or GMV, and Penalty Points.
Seller rating
Blibli rates your store on a scale of 1 – 100 based on the store’s performance over the last 180 days. The store’s performance assessed are:
Number of positive reviews (35% weight)
Number of successful orders (30% weight)
Process orders on time (20% weight)
Speed of responding to buyer inquiries (weight 15%)
Total Orders/GMV
Every successful sale during the last 180 days will be counted by the system and affect your Shop Badge. There are two types of sales calculations that will affect your store badge: number of successful orders or total sales value. You just have to meet the target of one of these factors in order to get a badge.
Sellers who sell high value products (expensive products) will have the same opportunities as sellers who sell low value products (cheap products).
Who can sell on Blibli?
From indvidual to company, everyone that registered as seller on Blibli can be a seller. Usually company will choose Official Store type to run their business, while individual can be Regular Seller.
How long does it take to process an order?
Processing time will depend on seller, but Blibli have an automatic cancellation rules if seller don't ship the goods before deadline. According to Blibli rules,if seller does not process your order within a maximum of 2 days after payment is received (only applies to regular products and seller products, not including Pre-Order), order will automatically cancelled.
What if the item received is not as described?
We suggest our buyer to ask in advance to avoid something like this. Ask as clear as you can before you decided to buy from a seller, because this will determine your winning of complain later. If seller ship wrong item, only half or incomplete, we can help you to place a complaint.
