In average, domestic delivery takes 3-5 days to arrive to our warehouse. International delivery time does not depend on MIDMAN.ID and we cannot provide any guarantee as for duration of shipping.

Registered Air Mail (Pos Indonesia): 14 – 30 days.
DHL Express: 3-10 days

Delivery time depends on the destination country, in particular on the speed of the local customs clearance and local postal services. However, the time for arrival does not depend on us and we are not liable to any delay in delivery. We always try our best to ask for information and give you the feedback in time. We can inquire additional information about your parcel only if online tracking did not appear within 10 days of shipping date or if delivery time exceeds the above estimated time.
While using our service to purchase items, you have to inform yourself concerning import rules for items purchases abroad and if requested, you are responsible for paying customs duties.
You are required to keep close track on your parcels. If there is any delay in receiving a parcel, you will need to contact the designated courier services agency or immediately inform us in order to inquire the reason for the delay.
The risk of loss or damage to your order shall pass to delivery company upon international shipping.
Parcel’s Size And Weight
Parcel’s weight can be calculated by actual weight or volumetric weight.
Actual weight is the weight of the parcel in kilogram(kg). Volumetric weight is calculated based on your parcel dimension. If your parcel is huge, you would need to calculate the volumetric weight using this calculator.
Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VW also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm.
